Artur graduated with a BA from York University in 2008 and completed a joint JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business in 2012. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
John Perry Bujouves
As the Chairman of Globacor Capital, a flourishing boutique investment firm, John has an extremely successful track record for identifying promising enterprises. Most recently, John also served as the Chairman of the Bayshore Bank & Trust group of companies. Under John's stewardship, from the bank's inception in 1996, Bayshore Bank blossomed to one of the Caribbean's largest privately owned banks.
In 2008, John led the successful sale of the Bank to a European multi-national conglomerate. The portfolio of companies John is currently involved with includes Bayshore Capital, a private equity firm specializing in financial services and technology, Fenix Opportunity, a US real-estate venture investor, Globacor Partners, a multi-family office, WD Numeric Corporate Services Ltd., a corporate accounting firm and DLK on Avenue, Canada's premier Cosmetic Laser and Dermatology clinic.
Other active Board positions John holds include Global Options Group, a crisis management and security consulting firm to FORTUNE 1000 corporations, government and high profile individuals. From 2005- 2008, Global Options successfully completed 9 acquisitions and was listed on NASDAQ until its sale in 2011.
John also serves St. Joseph's Health Center as their Foundation board member and is a past Chairman of the Ontario Arthritis Society. John's past experiences include managing CIBC's International Private Banking group in Canada and Managing Partner for Royal Trust International in the United States.

Frances is a CPA, CA and founder of WD Numeric Corporate Services Ltd. She is a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in business start-ups, business consulting, business management and management accounting. Frances has also worked closely with small to mid-sized companies and not-for-profit organizations in Toronto through her previous practices with Deloitte & Touche and through Harris & Olah, Chartered Accountants.
Frances co-founded Harris & Olah in 1996 where she specialized in preparing financial statements and providing corporate tax advice to small to mid-sized companies. During this period, she led the implementation teams for the accounting systems at both Toronto General Hospital and the Osteoporosis Society of Canada.
Frances has served as a financial consultant for the Osteoporosis Society of Canada and is a past member of the board of directors of VHA Home Health Care, one of Toronto's largest non-profit home care providers. She currently Chairs a committee for the Santa Clause Parade and is a member of both the Issuer Committee and 3rd Party Committee of the Equity Crowdfunding Alliance Canada.
